The staff is friendly & courteous The lines to donate are short in the morning and they seem to run efficiently the only problem I have with the Wyoming location is it is very dirty.. The floor in the men's restroom is disgusting & the floor underneath the donation machine stands don't look like it has been clean since they opened.... it would seem that sense they are a medical facility they would have to maintain certain cleaning standards...a little extra daily cleaning would do wonders

Today was only my third donation. I did have to wait though approximately 40 minutes after my vitals were checked. While the wait was longer than my two previous donations the staff was moving through the progressions of the people who were finishing up and those of us waiting in line. It had to be the day because even after my donation the line was just as long as when I arrived. The staff was kind and courteous and moved quickly.
It’s been a few months since I last gave a donation. I fortunately had the pleasure of Devon on a slower Sunday! She’s super personable and easy to talk to. Very nice young lady...and when she put the needle in my arm... I can honestly say that’s I didn’t feel anything! Keep up the good work pro Devon!
Very rude crew you have working their. They have no knowledge about their jobs. Have no patience under staff. Don't know how to do a complete draw. Then wanna make it seem like you have small veins and want to differed you for 56 days saying I have alot of miss draws what ever wont be back terrible experience
