Due to the Covid crisis the ordering of bicycles of any type have been complicated by trade delays and increased demand. X-Treme Scooters does everything possible to make your purchase a satisfactory one. The two month wait for delivery was worth it. The bike came well packaged and with some use of the tools provided was able to assemble and ride within 48 hrs. The customer service was superlative in every way. They made sure I was satisfied and communicated clearly and promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

I bought mt beach cruiser 2 years ago great bike. I had trouble with the battery but they sent me a new one no problem. I just bought my Girl friend a pink beach cruiser and she loves it. I think this one might have a battery problem as well. We need to run the battery down one more time and charge it again. Hers is running out off power while mine still has 2 bars left..

We recently purchased 2 48V Lagunas and a 48V Catalina and we absolutely love them! My 16 year old son and his friend put over 130 miles on them in the first week! The boys love how fast the bikes go. They only stopped riding to charge the batteries. (I dont think they use the pedals at all lol) The Catalina has been perfect for me. I am only 5'1" and I have trouble finding a bike that is short enough for me and the Catalina is. I would definitely recommend X-treme Scooters to anyone looking to purchase an e-bike. Fast shipping and great communication! Thanks for the awesome bikes!

The scooter I purchased from them for my son is great. My son unfortunately does not know how to take care of his belongings and ran it through muddy water. I had no idea what was wrong with it but their tech guy helped me out and we got it solved. I will be buying one of their electric mountain bikes next.

I had absolutely terrible experiences ordering an e-bike from this company. They sold a defective item to me, then when I requested a return I was required to pay the return costs. I did not see a reason why I had to be responsible for the return-cost which is more than 100. This defective item is sitting in my apartment with absolutely no use now. They advertise that the item is protected by a 30 day-warranty, but their technician was never available, and the customer support didn't know where he was nor when he would be available. It took six days just to solve the first issue: turning the start key, and their solution was literally physically bending the key. Then when I first rode the bike, after 20 minutes it completely stopped working, and their technician never got back to me. That's how they used up warranty term. Their warranty was a joke. Also the rear rack was missing from the original box, and when they sent it to me later the package was unbelievably poorly sealed and parts were missing again. They never sent the missing parts. Honestly I can't believe that it's legal for a company to operate this way in the US.

I have seen my friend has a x-trmem bike and I looked their website to decide to buy one,their customer service is very professional and kind, and ship very quick. When it arrived, the bike looks more beautiful than the website picture. I have rode the bike for months, no problem at all. But if I have questions, they will answer me in time. If I have friend like to buy a electric bike, I definitely will introduce their bikes.
