Being extreme sports lovers ourselves we see a need in a product that will allow to listen to music in extreme environments, track activity performance, and give feedback so extreme sports athletes and enthusiasts can perform better. Xbuds earbuds are engineered in a specific way to provide our customers with the ability to listen to music in extreme conditions without the sacrifice of comfort. Xbuds is a fully remote, wireless, and waterproof solution that doesn’t need an external device (such as a phone) to operate, has an in-built memory, and a touch sensitive remote control, which makes the operation of Xbuds easy and intuitive. For example, to download your (or any) playlist to Xbuds you simply go to Xbuds tab in the app and transfer your Spotify playlists directly to the earbuds. Xbuds will also have various sensors such as accelerometer, pedometer, and gyroscope (potentially gps, buy might be in the later version). This will allow us gather data about our users'​ activity and eventually have an AI to give personal recommendations. To make sure that Xbuds are not lost we designed a removable safety leash that conveniently attaches to a wetsuit or any other clothes. We understand how important it is to stay safe in extreme environments. That is why we want to implemented a technology that lets our customers to hear external sounds while listening to their music. Surfbuds will know when and how much of external sound to let in and will adjust automatically. Yet, if one wishes to adjust that feature based on personal preferences, he or she may do it in the settings page of the Xbuds App. Xbuds as a company strives to merge extreme sports and technology in a beneficial and elaborative way to provide our users with an experience they never had before and improve their performance.
