Terrible Internet connection lately. Too many interruptions during the working day while so many people are working from home now! I was on the phone for half an hour trying to speak to a real person and the answering machine wouldn’t let me. This is unacceptable. Literally sent me to check web site and kicked me out of the phone call several times. And that’s for 85 per month that we pay ONLY FOR THE INTERNET! That’s the price you are going to pay after your fabulous special deal is over after 1 year, and be aware that they are not going to inform you about price increase. Gotta switch to AT&T now! I am sick and tired with Xfinity.

The supervisor Matt was so awesome and helpful. His customer service was wonderful. He is fast and very knowledgeable with the product. I had an awesome experience he was very professional. And I love this store so much!! I would also like to add that all of the workers were so sweet.

Great experience in store just like my service. Security was very attentive and took care of anybody who needed to sit down or get out of the heat. Greeted as soon as you walk in to a clean super cool store. I was in and out within minutes and the gentleman that helped me was all you can hope for when needing help.

Thank You to the young Xfinity Representative who graciously walk out of the store to meet me. Cause of COVID & health reasons, I could not enter the store. I sat my bag down, with equipment, account statement & gave him space to pick it up. He quickly went back into the store, looked up my account & exchanged my wifi equipment. He quickly returned new equipment in my provided bag, all the while maintaining his distance and sat it on the ground. He stepped away & said he also activated the equipment in the store, to easily take home & install by plug & play. Thank You for your kindness & understanding today. God Bless & Protect Xfinity's employees for their support in COVID times.
