Excellent customer service by Jonathan! Thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything. Luckily I arrived right before opening and there was a short line. I recommend making an appointment online or via their app to ensure you don’t have to wait for any service. The store has made every possible precaution to ensure your safety during this pandemic. Got me a new phone from Comcast and got good help amazing help from Maria hernandez she's a beautiful hard-working woman I like this phone it's big and it's a nice LG go to Comcast and she will help you. You will have a good experience at Comcast. Ms hernandez will set you up with a good phone and the other staff member will help you out good to as well

I've changed my review for this location sure to One Person at this location. Maria H. Is the Best Rep they have. I highly recommend making an appointment with her and just be patient with the process. She's there to HELP You, and I. The Consumer! Thank God for Representatives like Her!

I’d arrive at the palmetto store at 3:36 pm and when I was out on the list their was at least 5 reps in the store by the time hit 5:00 pm only one guy attending the public on girl in the front which she has zero costumer service at all and the manager on site sitting not helping it is ridiculous. Need to understand that their costumers work a 9 to 5 job and be better equipped for when all of this people waiting outside and not enough reps to handle them!!!

Xfinity didnt lose my 3 accounts due to their representative at this location. I went in decided to cancel due to such poor service over the phone but he resolved EVERYTHING that 3 representatives over the phone couldnt. Awesome service from Aylwen R. Highly recommend you to see him if you need to visit an Xfinity location!
