I have to say, everyone here is always so friendly and helpful and if they can find a way for me to save money, they usually do. Today Dylan helped me with an issue that I had been dealing with, with the online customer service staff for weeks, and kept getting the run around, which was very frustrating! But Dylan gave me their personal experience with my same issue and set me up with a new modem. Fingers crossed that it will actually solve my problem, lol, but at least I felt heard and helped. Now I know I'll just head into the store with any further issues.
