I was here to disconnect my services. It was fast and easy. Probably I spend on Xfinity Store about 3 or 4 minutes to get it done. Sales guy guy ( I'm don't remember his name, sorry :) ) was very kindly and polite. I one say just one thing : thanks for fast and good service. :)

Went in today 2/22/21 to get a new power cord and remote to my cable box that my dog chewed up. I usually hate dealing with this kind of stuff. Benjamin helped me. He was fast, personal and professional!! I was in and out in five minutes. Never felt pressured to upgrade my account or add anything. It was as easy as walking into Starbucks!! I always say your customer service is your front line and the face of the company! Thanks Benjamin!!

The lady named Daisy Zajicek helped me exchange my father's cable box and there were a few problems with it and she was Wonderful!! Took her time to figure it out and made sure everything was Great before I left the store! I couldn't have asked for anything more!! It's been a long time since I have had such Great Customer Service !!

Took money out of my account and mis applied to wrong account. Threatened to turn off service because of unpaid bill (mis-applied payment), when I proved it they sent me a check for the amount, I paid the bill then they canceled the check and wouldn't give me my money back. So messed up a week before Christmas.

As others have written, it CAN get very busy. I got lucky and hit in between waves and was helped by Tony. Extremely helpful. Set me up with new cell service. Also reviewed my existing products and helped me get the most out of all the services. Good job all around!

The hardest company to simply just talk to a live person at the store you need to go to! Instead of connecting me to the store the automated system sent me somewhere else then I had to use the chat service instead of google just having a phone number to the store I needed.
