They were awesome. I killed my modem by spilling water in it. They were so nice. I was able to go in and even upgrade while I was there. We didn't have to miss one day without internet.

Went in to purchase a range extender for my home. Found exactly what I needed but unfortunately they won’t sell to you unless you wait I. There line for a sales associate. After 5 minutes waiting I realized I could just order online and stop wasting time at the store. Lame.

Clean and open. I was helped by Jasmine who was friendly and knowledgeable. She was a great help in comparing our current services (with a competitor) to a similar line up with Xfinity. They have adjusted their pricing to be more competitive with the market. I only hope this remains to be the case long term.

Enjoy working with the reps at this location because there's always someone at each section ready to help, if a particular service is busier the associates will move over and help with those needs. In the many times I've needed assistance directly from a person and not the 800 number they've always been able to help.
