Good, clean facilities and large rooms. Everything is brand spanking new. A little on the expensive side but still affordable compared to other wellness resorts in the Berkshires. Service was disappointing. I was scheduled to check in on Saturday and I called the Wellness Center twice on Wednesday to schedule a spa treatment but no one answered the phone when I was transferred to the appointment desk. I even left them a message with my number. I received a call back on Saturday at 10 AM with the lady offering me a 1 PM slot the same day. Considering I wasn't going to reach the resort by then, I could not book a treatment. The other time offered was 12 PM the next day after check out, which was also inconvenient as I had to drive back. If I had the chance to speak to someone on Wednesday, I could have arrived earlier at the resort on Saturday to receive a treatment at 1 PM. Perhaps an online appointment system could avoid all this. Yoga classes were good (for an amateur like me) - Tish is a good instructor. Lunch and dinner were good - meals tasted homemade, which I guess is a good thing as long as you're not expecting gourmet restaurant quality. Breakfast was my favorite meal (although the "freshly squeezed juice" is not fresh - FYI). In short, it's good to have a resort like this within driving distance from Albany (and the city) but service issues need to be addressed.

It's a beautiful facility that does create a sense of peace. The sound bath meditation class was my favorite one of the few that they offered. The massages and other items are pricey - for example the juice bar is 10 for a small cup. The facility seems understaffed at the moment and there was an issue with the water for the entire place. There was no running water for part of the day. The food offered is alright nothing notable.

Great great and great. For people who know how to be them self... they can relax like there’s no tomorrow... feel like god within them... What they have spent in this structure is way far away from what they charge... salute to the amazing staff and owner... u are investigating your own 100s of millions of dollars so people can have a amazing life changing experience... ppl think you are making money... they don’t know you are paying half of there part of

This place is amazing. Truly. First of all, only 1.5 from NYC. They take covid precautions very seriously and keep it super duper clean. The rooms have beautiful balconies and an awesome steam shower. They have complimentary tea and hot chocolate and breakfast - which is so so so delicious. Love the staff and the movie night! Even if you don’t have a massage or treatment scheduled, you can enjoy and get the most. Be sure to do the trail around the lake! The staff is truly the kindest.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wanted to take a nice relaxing spa getaway. With the price we paid to go we were expecting top line spa services and customer service, that is NOT what we got. First off, what kind of “spa” only offers 50 minute massages? That was the first red flag, but we went with it. Just to note a 50 minute standard massage is 212 dollars.... We went up to the spa area and we’re almost blinded by how bright the lights were (felt like I was in a hospital, not a relaxing “zen” spa). The lights are so bright in the hallways that it pierces through the massage rooms. When I asked for something to put over my eyes, they didn’t even have anything to give me. The spa was not relaxing at all and no one even knows what is going on in the place. The food was just ok... They only give you 3 options for lunch and dinner (no meat for any meals there). They try selling you a bottle of “Newman’s wine”, which is 7.99 online for 25 bucks. If you are going to consider yourself a high class place, I don’t think selling wine made by a salad dressing company is the way to go. They also made you pay for water bottles during your stay.. for the price we paid to go there they better start giving water and more for free!! They tell you to drink 8 bottles a day, yet they make you pay for it! Paint the walls so it doesn’t feel like you are in a hospital! Don’t waste your money!!!!
