I run a hotel in Goshen and had an emergency water heater problem today. I have known Ron and the rest of the team for years. I called and they were able to come out and get me back up and running quickly! I’m always impressed with their work and professionalism.

I wanted to write a shout out for the great service we received from Yoder Stutzman Inc! We had trouble with the air conditioning at the end of the summer last year and were really dreading having to by a new one! The technician came today, checked it, changed all the filters, replaced a coil and got everything up and running!! Thank you for the great service!

Didn't even get a chance to use a local business. Called them, they interrupted by asking if I have ever had them work on my A/C before. I answered no and that was it. Sorry, cannot help you. Couldn't even look at you until next week. \click\.....might want to improve on those customer service skills. It would probably prevent exposure like this. If they were cordial and declined instead of blunt and rude, I would have never even thought about putting something on here.
We got home from work today and it was 50 degrees in our home. We called Yoder Stutzman and 10 minutes later they arrived at our home. Wow that's good customer service!! That's why you do business with your home town businesses. Thank you so much.
