They came next day after I called, the lady on the phone has the sweetest voice. They're upfront with pricing and timing. Definitely keeping in mind for if I ever own a home that needs oil!

I never leave a bad review, but this one needs to be said! Horrible customer service!! My fiancé and I bought a house two years ago that had Dolan's service from a previous owner. (Along with every home on my street!). The previous owner had not paid a bill when he moved out. Dolan then called my neighbor, yes NEIGHBOR, asking permission to remove my tank...Imagine my surprise seeing someone removing my tank without my permission!! Thank God we did not use propane as our main heat source! I then called them and had been treated extremely poorly last year. Dolan left all of our lines out and basically just ripped their tank off. My yard was destroyed! So this year, my entire house has been updated and we decided we would go with propane, we would give Dolan another chance since they service my entire road. I wanted to speak with someone about my previous experience so we could move forward, I was cut off mid sentence, placed on hold, then told they were not doing any tank deliveries for months. Yet, my friend just recently had a new tank delivered. Within 5 minutes, Shipley Energy now has us all set up with a better price, fast delivery, and kind customer service. My friend will be calling in this week to cancel delivery and is going with Shipley as well. Shop around folks!

I have a propane tank that is used for my hot water and I'm not always the best at checking it. Twice now Dolan Oil has refilled my propane tank the same day. They have been very accommodating and reasonably priced. I would highly recommended to anyone in the New Cumberland area.
