Stacy was great on the phone and got me a quick appointment. Dan was polite and professional, he immediately saw that I has the wrong equipment which Regal installed 5 years ago. He got a replacement that day and was in and out in about 2 hours. Great service.

Needed exterior spigot shutoff made freeze-proof. Other plumbers were not interested in doing the job. Regal sent Kevin and he and I evaluated out-of-the-box options, settling on moving the spigot. The next day Regal called to schedule the job, and less than a week later, Derrick and Brandon did the job, adding their own fresh ideas. Prompt and creative service from office and plumbers! In late October, I had this capable staff install new fixtures found with help from Hajoca. The old fixtures were failing and I had water pressure and slow drain problems. The skilled plumbers installed these fixtures without damaging my 35 year old tile shower walls, improved my water pressure in the shower AND eliminated my slow drain problems. Very happy!
Very happy with all of our interactions with Regal Plumbing--helpful and courteous appointment support, timely arrival, and professional handling our plumbing and fireplace needs. I traveled from out of state and, with a snowstorm, I was concerned about keeping to our timetable, and was thankful all was accomplished during our visit.
I noticed a leak with my water softener system in the morning & Regal sent someone out that afternoon to fix it. I was already home that day; so thankful they could send someone out that very day so I didn't have to take off another day from work. Great service & very efficient! Thank you!
I called for a repair around March and all they did was to send a guy that changed a fuse and told me to run my equipment on emergency status. I called them again immediately to tell them that it wasn't working properly at all. They never never called me back. My electric bill was super high and on top of that they sent me a bill of over 172 dollars 4 months later (Got to laugh) I ended up calling another company who fixed the problem for good and my electric bill went down 75%. You are not the best of York at all.
