Each time she guided me through the many types of blinds she carries and helped me decide on the perfect ones without being pushy. I used to work for this company throughout high school and college. This is the premier Hunter Douglas retailer in Northeast Ohio! They are wonderful people to work for and to work with. It's a small, family owned company, they take great pride and ownership in everything they do! The wife is the saleswoman and the husband is the certified installer. You will definitely feel taken care of..the owners are passionate about it and they offer great quality products.. they are great listeners and CARE about their clients!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market :)

Cindi was pleasant and easy to work with. The Blind Shop had many samples, and seeing them made it easy to choose what I wanted . I have a plantation shutter over a window and it looks so high-end that it exceeded my expectation! Her husband installed the shutter, and he also was friendly, fast, and neat. I won't hesitate to shop here again.
