Wow! I must say, Youngstown B&D must be making huge money in this economy to be treating it's customers like they just treated me. Not only was a given a quote DAYS after I asked for it, when I called to ask a couple questions regarding a product that I wanted to purchase I was berated by a disrespectful Manager. When I pointed this treatment out to him, Don I believe his name was, he told me he wasn't interested in doing business with me. Apparently, Youngstown Ohio's 14.1% unemployment means they are all at home swimming in cash.
