I got a lip filler and Botox (lip flip) done here three months ago and was completely dissatisfied with the results. The lip flip did not work and the filler had dissolved. After just two months the results were completely worn off. I scheduled another consultation to see what they could do about it. I was incredibly disappointed with their customer service. They repeatedly insisted that the results looked amazing (even though before and after photos show that my lips look the same) and that they had done an “amazing job” on my lips. They would not let me get one word in about how I felt. They offered no solution to a service they said would last one year only lasting me two months and instead that I just pay them another 600. No thank you. You’ve lost my business.
First time visit for anything in the \aesthetics\ world and the whole team was wonderful. I worked with Meadow and she provided clear, detailed information and made me very confident in her expertise. She steered me in a way that made me feel like she wasn't just trying to sell me things, but actually cared about great results. Highly recommend.
I’m so happy I discovered YouthBar. Meadow and Joan are informed, attentive and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain each procedure and answer all of my many questions. I’m very pleased with my results. The salon is impeccably clean, and they are taking social-distancing guidelines seriously. Also, staff newcomer Fiona was so friendly and helpful. I received the most phenomenal customer service and medical service I've ever experienced at Starfell Medical Spa. Since I was a child, I had deep tear troughs that were dark and humiliating. People frequently asked me if I as feeling sick or tired. I first had a consultation with Meadow and shortly after, I knew I would have her be my doctor. As someone who does not handle needles well whatsoever, Meadow took her time to ease me into the procedure and made sure I was completely calm and at ease. Her work was quick, precise, and turned out incredible. Your face is the one thing everyone presents to the world, and thanks to Meadow and her incredible work, I proudly display mine.
