We were very happy with Tim and Continential Ponds when they rebuilt our waterfall. However, since that time, getting them back to do more repairs has been a challenge. Our pump went out; not his fault, no one to blame as these things happen. The problem is our pump was down a long time waiting on him to repair. He made several promises to come and replace, but never did show up. After several excuses and no shows, they finally came. Next, We had a leak and experienced the same issue: just couldn’t get them to come find/fix the leak. They finally came, but we had to wait longer than we did for the pump repair. Now, since March, almost one year, we have a leak we can’t find but we loose A LOT of water. So much that we can’t even run the waterfall. At first, Tim said he couldn’t come because of COVID so I guess he wasn’t working at all. 10 months later we still can’t run our waterfall and Tim the owner of this business will not answer or return my calls. It’s very disappointing trying to give someone my business and they just ignore.

Passionate, prompt, professional. A bit expensive, but it’s been my experience that you get what you pay for! I’ve wasted more money trying to save it...should have called Tim in the first place! I recommend Tim and his team at Continental Ponds without hesitation.

Great company! I had a pound that kept leaking. They came out and fixed it and we ended up having them add another pond and waterfall. They look Great. We get complements all the time. We also have them come out and winterize out ponds and they also open them and get them all cleaned out for the summer. High recommend. Thank Continental Ponds.
Tim is nothing short of amazing! From our first meeting it was easy to tell how passionate he is about his work. What's more, he not only guides you through the design phase of your project, but he actually works the project, HANDS ON!! He is honest, fair and most of all does exactly what he says he will do. We've dealt with many contractors over the years making it next to impossible to trust anyone, thanks to Tim this has changed.
