I am a client of this place for 4 years now. Even that now it takes an hour drive to get there - it is so worth it! It is THE PLACE for all your skincare needs. Professionals working here are very knowledgeable and always make you feel safe and welcoming. If you will follow their advice on skincare routine - you will see incredible results! Irina - Facial Aesthetician does wonders to your face. She always does a skin assessment before the treatment and picks the facial that will be the best for me for that moment. Yelena - is the absolute heart of the place - she does my Vitamin B12 Injections and Laser Hair Removal - and is the sweetest person I know. I have not personally had any treatments with their Massage Therapist Eric - but my husband did and is very happy with the results of Medical Massage treatments. The place is very clean and safe and has a very good team of professionals, cannot be recommended enough!
Every time I visit Boston, I always make sure to visit Zen Zone Spa. My latest appointment was two weeks ago. During COVID pandemic I was impressed how well staff at Zen Zone Spa are handling it and following all required protocols. The spa was very clean and everyone was wearing all the necessary PPE. I had ultrosound facial. Irina was amazing and my skin looked so much better after the facial. I've been to many NYC medical spas, and I must say Zen Zone Spa beats them all. Look forward to my next visit soon!!
I did several laser hair removal treatments and electrolysis on different parts of my body (underarms, bikini and feet I also had some hairs removed on my arms and upper lip during electrolysis). It's very convenient and effective!!! For example, I used to have dark thick hair in my underarms that I shaved every 2 days. My underarms hair is thin and partly light now. I use razor only before my next laser sessions. There is much less hair in my bikini as well but this area needs more time to become hairless. All in all, I recommend this place to anyone!
I've been coming for the last six months since a friend of mine told me about her friend bought the business and renovated the entire spa. Very professional and have had a great and consistent experience with Irina and her laser hair removal and a phenomenal facial. Nice place for the men and the ladies.
Had my first time professional facial and I am extremely happy with it. Very professional and everything was explained as it was applied. I was provided lots of helpful information about skin care and was provided a lot of helpful tips. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Extremely clean spa, you can tell they really sanitize there between customers. I'm so glad the business opened up again after COVID19, felt very safe there. I've been a loyal customer since 2011. The management changed some years ago and did a really nice renovation. Plus Irina is so friendly!
Yelena runs a FANTASTIC business. So welcoming, always friendly and so accommodating! I love seeing Gina for electrolysis, who takes such great care of me. Personable, friendly and does thorough work. The services and the people are top notch!
