We hired this company to remove an existing stair lift in our home. The crew was friendly and courteous. There was no mess left behind from the removal and they completed the job fairly quickly. I would highly recommend using this company.
Scheduled power chair battery replacement. Where I live there are no service providers iny area. I queried corporate of the manufacturer as to who would be able to service this power chair. They gave me the name of 101 Mobility approximately 85 miles distant. I called them and they scheduled an appointment to replace the batteries. Technician arrived a bit late from scheduled appointment, but was very competent and professional. Replacement took about thirty minutes. All working great now. I will use their service again in the future if needed. I highly recommend them.
These folks are first class all the way, both with the products they sell and use as well as their services, that includes the installation of the stairclimber.....or which ever product you purchased from them. Their entire staff are courteous, intelligent and friendly and eager to assist you with any questions or problems you may have. My experience and final installed stairclimber was excellent in every way with them from the selection of the type and brand all the way through to final installation and warranty of product.
So happy with our experience! Mom could no longer get up and down the stairs. With her advanced age and deteriorating health, we knew we would only need the stair lift for a short while. Wonderful to be able to rent. Great service!
We had a pool lift installed for my 82 year old mother-in-law so she can easily get in and out of the pool. She absolutely loves the lift, she has been in the pool more than the rest of us. :) Very happy with the product and service, would highly recommend this company.
