Everything went so well from the initial discussion and quotes on a stair climbing chair vs. the Trio- Alta lift. We went with the Trio-Alta lift and Carmen kept us updated on ordering and delivery expectations. The pre-construction phase was timely, neat and they protected our hardwood floors and carpeting. The installation took the 3 days that they quoted us and everything was done as expected. We were really pleased with everyone at 101 Mobility and definitely recommend them.

The technician was polite and knew what he was doing. Chair motor needed new brushes. I sell brushes in my business for one of our products for 2.50. I got charged over 115.00 for a set of brushes plus 175 service call which I expected. These are ordinary electric motor brushes. Highway robbery.

Have had good service up until now. Needing one year service to outdoor battery. For some reason battery is not charging//has been out of service now for over 2 months. They responded to first call; was unable to meet on their trip to Augusta. Have been trying to reschedule for over 3 weeks now// have received nothing from them???? Will not return my calls. ???
