This place was super awesome the energy was great, music and nightlife vibe with an upscale menu and great big wine list. I recommend stopping by here the outside patio is spaced out well for social distancing staff was nice and very attentive. Steak was also cooked perfectly and was amazing

Came here for drinks and dessert late Friday night. They have a huge outdoor space and loud music blasting through the promenade. It was a fun vibe that you can’t really get many places in 2020 :/ the chocolate dessert could have been more gooey. I enjoyed the smoky mezcal cocktail.

The food was delicious. I had oysters, crostinis and the lobster risotto. Enjoyed them all! Service is attentive, wonderful lively atmosphere. Dinner nice wine choices and very yummy cocktails. I've been back twice and introduced a few of my friends to this place too

Had dinner at 1212 a couple of nights ago. What a great staff. The food was excellent. I told them so. It was some of the best ahi that I've had in awhile. I stopped by today at 4:00 p.m. Music was so loud... I don't know how people could think. Asked the hostess if they could turn the music down. She said, that Santa Monica police monitored the noise and it was within levels. I checked the ordinance. They are not in compliance. Hostess was rude and indignant to me. While tourists are not a big part of their business. It was the snide attitude that made me write the review. No restaurant needs to blast music as a way to get customers. Rude staff is inexcusable
