We hired 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to install a new heating system in our home this month (April 2021). Our sales person, Morgan, was extremely knowledgeable about any questions that we had during his initial visit and was quick to respond when my boyfriend would reach out with additional questions. He went as far as to sit with us at the kitchen table to work out all of the numbers before leaving, which we appreciated since other companies did not do that. They were also very communicative around the Mass Save loan process & helped us get a significant rebate that lowered our monthly payment! Our technician, Ron, and his partner the first day were AMAZING. So were the electricians that came on the second day (they even helped me get our Ecobee set up on my phone). They were all super friendly and Ron took a quick liking to our sweet pup, Olive (I like to think they're friends now!). He worked quickly and efficiently, explained all the steps he was taking when installing the new system, and made sure that everything was working perfectly before finalizing his visit. He was really such a pleasure to have as our installation tech. The team was conscious of COVID-19 and were equipped with masks during their visit. We HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your plumbing, heating, cooling, & electric needs. I know that we will definitely be using them again! Thanks!

They are great! Punctual, professional, efficient, and courteous are the first words that come to mind when describing my experience with 128 Plumbing. Ronnie and his team came to install a new heating system in our house and it was lovely to overhear the banter going on between the guys on his team. I got the sense that they really liked their job and their employer. They were so polite and when it was all done, Ronnie gave me a tutorial on the system for future maintenance. I could tell he was happy and proud of their beautiful job. A few days later, we had a tankless water heater installed, and this time Ari was in charge. He was meticulous and efficient, and also proud of his work. We had our house movers coming into the basement towards the end of his work, and Ari was very gracious, letting me know how soon he would be cleaning up and clearing out. True to his word, the "mess" was all cleaned up, spic and span, and they were out of there. Professional! 128 might not be the lowest bid you receive when you are getting quotes, but, my, do they ever deliver!

We could not be happier with 128! Wayne and his team installed a split duct system for heating and cooling. Extremely professional team who were so respectful and kind with our son and dog. They wore booties and masks automatically and cleaned up meticulously. They explained everything very well and we are thrilled with our new system. Highly recommend and will definitely be using 128 again in the future for other needs.

We had a sewer backup in our basement on a Saturday morning. The phone receptionist told us they could have a plumber out by 2pm. The plumber, Paul, called us and said he could be at our home by noon. Paul was very professional and tried several means to find and remove the obstruction. Unfortunately, another plumber had to come on Monday with a camera. Matthew arrived mid-morning and with a camera discovered it was several tree roots causing the obstruction and damage to the sewer pipe. He was able to partially remove the obstruction. He provided several options to remove and repair the sewer line. Another team will be coming tomorrow to completely remove the obstructions and then we will be scheduled for a pipe liner to fix the repair. Matthew was able to explain the issue and the repair in concise and simplistic terms. He was very knowledgeable and professional. So far, I am extremely happy with the service provided.

I had no heat and called 128 Home Services. Their service from beginning to end was excellent. Timely and professional. Mark was amazing. He quickly and professionally diagnosed and solved the problem and informed me of all the possible things that may have caused it and how to avoid future problems. I am convinced he saved me a lot of money both now and in the future. I will be taking out a maintenance contract with 128 for sure. Mark is a superstar and 128 Home Services is an excellent and cost effective company for an extremely reasonable price. I recommend them to everyone.

great job!! thanks! Jorge B showed up early on a Sunday morning and got my furnace working again. he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. answered all my questions and offered honest advice on how to keep my furnace running smoothly. UPDATE: Jorge B ordered the part, came back the following Thursday, and installed an inducer motor. now the furnace is running good as new! no more worries in this frigid NE winter. big thanks again to Jorge and 128 for a great job, done well, and quickly too.
