Work from home review. Hired for Netflix and midway through training they switched me, against my will, to Ulta. 2 1/2 days of training and I was expected to take non-stop calls back to back. There were 8 systems that all needed different passwords and often timed out after minor non-use. No after call handling time was permitted. I had so many problems with the company issued computers and the lack of response was incomprehensible. My suggestion is this: If you don’t care about working for a factory mill, that churns and burns people, this job may be for you.

Great place to work if you enjoy getting severely under paid, bad hours, no benefits, and fixing all the issues the site in the Philippines causes. Literally any other call center, pay starts at 15 with weekends off, paid holidays, and benefits. Would only recommend this place if you were severely desperate for employment and no other place will hire you. They try to promote a positive work environment by doing little fairs and video game competitions, but if you work an odd schedule you're screwed and don't get any of that. Only the special people with a decent 8-4 M-F get the fun stuff. Pretty much EVERYONE else gets nothing since the "Experience Team" only does stuff during typical business hours. Overnight crew and weekend crew is screwed over a lot. They also use a "point" system to track your attendance. But this is only for the call agents. Literally no one else has to adhere to these point rules. So if your friend died and you need to day 4 days off, hope you're ready to get written up with a "final warning". And then you're not allowed any promotion for 6 months, because of "attendance". Even though no one has to adhere to points except for call agents. The turn over rate is excessively high for a reason, and it's literally pushed me and 4 friends back into therapy because this place was so harsh to work in.

I worked for this company for one week and returned my equipment when I found other employment. Now months later I’m being harassed for unreturned equipment. My next step is contacting an attorney and suing for harassment and being threatened prosecution for their negligence. Very unprofessional
