These guys are great. Very knowledgeable. They let you know when they're on the way which I like. John was awesome. He had to replace a couple things on the water heater. He worked smooth and efficiently and let me know what he was doing and what to expect in the future.

Had a major leak in my dining room from my heating baseboard on a Sunday and to make it worse it was the Super Bowl. Thank God for google I found Mike and he came to the rescue. I couldn’t shut off the water to stop the leak and he arrived at my house within 30 minutes. Replaced a copper pipe and did a welding job. Work was great and didn’t leave a mess behind. Two (2) hours after he left I found another leak in the basement that was related to the job and called him back that night and agreed to come back the next morning to fix it with no extra charge. Came like promised and replaced the valve that was leaking. Price was a little much but I expected that on Super Bowl Sunday. Highly recommended!!
Excellent honest plumber who did great work at a fair price. He found a sewer main leak that other plumbers were unable troubleshoot. Since they had to break up my slab, he assisted in getting someone to cement back my garage and even helped me with my homeowners insurance claim. I can not say enough great things about this company. I will definitely use them in the future and refer others as well. FINALLY, a great plumber in Long Island who is not looking to get rich off me. Hire this company and you can not go wrong.
Very easy to set up service. Pricing seemed fair and Mike was a great plumber. He explained the issue, presented options and let me decide what course of action to take. He followed up to make sure the job was done well and that I was happy. Definitely using the company again.
Mike and his guys were awesome. They came the very next day and installed a new water heater for us and its working great. Will recommend him and his crew for any repairs. Must also say his office staff was very pleasant to communicate with and made everything easy. 24hr Plumbing is now our family plumbers.
