I can’t recommend this place enough. Swetha was thorough and helped explain the issue with my son so it made sense. She also took care to help him understand and make him feel comfortable. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks so much!

Just suddenly remember check the bill today, overcharged me 120 since last year August. Can’t believe it......do not pay online, never...... if you did, check your bill right now! Update Mar/14/2020 Follow your instructions, already called your billing team, said they will check and call back. But didn’t call me until now, almost 2 weeks passed.

I have had my 5 children seen at this practice for the past 10 years and have started having issues in the past few months. They are demanding payment for appointments that my insurance covers to even see my children. Apparently if you gripe about paying for a visit that you shouldn't be paying for, your children will be discharged from their practice. The staff is rude, condescending, and not welcoming whatsoever. I have since found a new pediatrician for my children. Sad to leave this one because we all adore Dr. Leach. Too bad the front office is running us off. Be wary of the \gate keepers\ . They're the real issue these days.

This facility is essentially a factory. There will be hectic rooms, long waits, and little individual consideration. If you like supporting corporate structure and underpaid employees this is the spot. You will be disregarded at every corner just as you would expect. Terrible establishment will never return.
