Well, I regret moving here. Still have not received the working TV that was offered in the lease agreement, when I moved in my apartment had not been cleaned (had to request clean furniture which is ridiculous), and management has not answered a single one of my requests on these matters. I'm not re-signing here and I would recommend looking somewhere else. The only saving grace of this complex is the view and the apartment itself. My 2 person apartment is pretty cool and I like the design and size of bathroom/closet. The gym is pretty good too. Other than that... nothing.

I've lived here for 2 years and 25twenty is honestly the only thing keeping me in Lubbock. Dimitri, Mackenzie, Shana, and Emily are like family! They go above and beyond for their residents and it is honestly unmatched. Some things you can not buy and amazing genuine people are priceless. You can truly tell when people love their job and through rainy days, snowy days, even finals they have a huge welcoming smile on their face ready to make you feel right at home. This is honestly the best place I've stayed in Lubbock and I cannot imagine not seeing those amazing smiles. They have made my life wonderful and 25twenty. I could write a dissertation about how they brighten my day but nobody would read a review that long. Thank you all for consistently making my time special and making my home away from home feel absolutely phenomenal. I am very close with my family and I had a hard time adjusting to living on my own. However, when you have people who genuinely go out of their way to make you feel good and treat you as if you are kin....it makes the transition seamless. Parents will trust their children in safe hands with the consistent events they put on for their residents. There's no place like 25twenty.
For anyone in search of student living in Lubbock, I would recommend making 25Twenty one of your first go to properties. The staff is very friendly and the two managers are always willing to work with you. Also, there has been a lot of recent updates around the property that are quite pleasing. Can’t wait to see what else they plan on doing.
I moved here because of problems at my previous apartment and 25twenty has been a breath of fresh air. The lobby and amenity areas are always super clean and all of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly! Shana, the general manager, has been awesome with helping me during my time here.
I have lived at 25Twenty for a semester now, and it's the best place I've lived since I was a freshman (now a junior). The staff are excellent and happily go out of their way to ensure their tenants are taken care of. The amenities that are provided at no additional cost and the UNBEATABLE location are a couple more things to consider. I can walk to 4 different restaurants (all open late) and to class. The public areas are well maintained and I have yet to have any sort of issue with this apartment complex and I don't expect to anytime soon.
