Being in transition moving to another state was already stressful as is, and having to purchase a mew vehicle doesn’t make it any better , however, Jake, his father Charlie along with their team Made it extremely easy! From quickly showing the car and thoroughly going through everything with my father and I , making sure to answer all our questions and concerns, we couldn’t ask for better. Once we went through the purchase of the car , we had a whole photo shoot with the red bows and confetti poppers !- Talk about red carpet experience, literally!- The whole experience was very personable, and will definitely recommend anyone looking for a great deal on purchasing a vehicle. Keep doing what you do 26 Motors!

Very Poor Customer Service experience. After putting down a 500 deposit on a vehicle the vehicle was sold and there was no further communication from the dealer. They salesperson nor the dealer reached out to make arrangements to refund me my deposit. I called the dealer several times to be told the salesperson Jake was not available or either running late or he'll call me back. The deposit was made April 21st 2021 and I am still trying to retrieve the 500.00 deposit.
