i love living at 26 west! i just moved here in august and Krystal has been really helpful! She always calls me when I have packages or when I order food & groceries. She is always so kind to me & any friends I have that come to visit me.

During this week long arctic freeze- I’ve been at my apartment the whole time and had power the entire time and just lost water 4 days in which is fine. The maintenance men are so so nice and come to you within a day! Plus the bedrooms and walk-in closets are huge. I mean it is an older building and the kitchen is small and the AC is so loud when it’s on but other than that it’s pretty great for the price. You know what you’re signing up for, so idk why it has such low ratings..
Overall, this place is convenient and a nice place to live right close to campus. The layout and the appearance of the place is pretty nice. Also, they are pet friendly. One great thing i must say is the staff is always great, attentive, and nice. One of the staff, Kalie, was especially helpful for any information concerning about the ins and outs of 26 West. Again, it is a little bit more pricey but the security, the appearance, and the community is pretty nice.
I wish there can be a zero rating. Hopeless maintenance. Rat droppings all over the apt. No complaints are recorded properly. Will have to chase for everything. No action taken even after 2 days. I will be going to court if nothing happens by tomorrow. Would not recommend this place at all.it’s the second year we are renting. Nothing works smoothly here. We wish we never rented this place.
