We called the dealership and spoke with Betty looking for a Kawasaki KRX Trail Edition. She said that they had one on order and would let us know. We was wanting it by Nov 3rd so we could go to Cloud 9 in Missouri to ride. Well the machine that she ordered didn't come in and she searched other dealerships till she found one. All the while we was unaware of this. She drove from Eldorado KS to Kirksville MO to pickup this machine all the while on Halloween then she surprised us by driving in our driveway for a surprises delivery.at 5:30. What a surprise!! Betty and her husband are the owners and she went above and beyond to get us the machine that we wanted. They are top notch and great people. If you are looking for a sxs this is the best place to go!! They deserve a 10 for sure
