Brenna is the real estate agent you want. She is incredible at her job and we were lucky to get her as our agent when we bought our first house. She made sure we found the house that was perfect for us and our family. She was very quick and responsive, no matter the time of day or night, which is the only way you are going to get a chance at the best houses. She took care of basically everything, making it as simple as possible for us. She knows the ins and outs on everything there is to buying a house, and she’s not afraid to make the calls to insure you are getting exactly what was agreed on. We could not be happier with Brenna, thank you so much and we absolutely love our first house.

I hired Brenna Blocker of 3 Options to manage my rental property. This is my third Property Manager, so I have seen good property managers and one very bad property manager. Brenna is outstanding! If you get a good property manager, this is one of the best decisions you can make. A good property manager can save you a LOT of headaches related to renting your property and the small fee they charge is well worthwhile. Brenna took over my property after I fired the previous property manager. She has done a super job! She is very efficient and responds quickly to requests from both the renters and myself. She also takes care of problems quickly and keeps me well informed on what is happening with my property. When our previous tenants moved out, she helped me to get the property cleaned up and found new tenants very quickly so that I did not lose much rent income. She also helped to determine a new rental price that is very fair to both myself and to our renters. I will probably stay with 3 Options and Brenna Blocker for a long time!

I'm fortunate to rent a house that is managed by Graham at 3 Options Realty. Graham is the epitome of professional, helpful, and responsive. I love living in this house, in part because of the neighborhood and the kindness of the homeowner but in great part because I know that Graham and 3 Options Realty constantly look out for the interests of both the homeowner and me (the tenant). It feels like a true partnership (with responsive support) in the care of the home we all have a shared interest in.

Excellent property management service from Graham! Selecting a property manager can be a daunting task, but I couldn't be more pleased (and fortunate) with choosing 3 Options. Graham is a one stop shop - professional pictures, finding great tenants, setting up maintenance visits, etc...you name it, he works alongside you every step of the way (vs. passing calls/work off to other staff). Super responsive, knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend!

Brenna Blocker and 3 Options Realty are amazing! Brenna helped us purchase two investment properties. She was absolutely tireless. There were so many properties that she could have sold us but she held out for the best. She gave me reasons why not to buy certain properties. How many agents do that? She is also managing the properties. I’ve heard that a big problem with property managers Is that they don’t communicate well. That’s not Brenna. She’s constantly texting me and sending me pictures of properties. Brenna is a wonderful, highly skillful and delightful person to work with. My wife and I feel so fortunate and blessed to be able to work with her.
