I was able to get a last minute ticket to the Bengals game against Tampa Bay. I had good seat right behind the in zone row 13!! It was my first game on my birthday and we WON that day!!

A total scam. Offered the lowest priced tickets and then hit me with service charges, which became more expensive than any other ticket. A 15-20 service fee? AND FOR WHAT SERVICE?? The tickets were pick up only in the downtown office! So no electronic copies or anything. I had to drive all the way downtown to a rinky dink office. Climb 3 flights of steep stairs where the staff were extremely unpleasant. -12/10 rating. A scam, horrible service and overall a huge disappointment. Don’t buy from these crooks.

This place should be called 333 stairs. If you've ever been there you know why I say that. I got an incredible last minute deal on some alice cooper tickets. I had a great time, the price was right, the people were friendly, picking up the tickets was quick. They have free parking right out front so you dont have to worry about that which is nice. I'll be sure to check them out any time I need tickets.

I've always had a great experience with 333seat. Several times I've bought tickets online, waiting until game-day to pick them up, and the day before I get a call from them and they say "We can upgrade your seats for the price you paid." and end up with way better seats than I originally paid for. Tell me who else does that?
