I purchased a bench and a leg attachment. It took me almost a month to get it..should have bought direct..went to finally pick it up today..I'm 60 with bad knees... two guys working they had to drag the box from the back and just leaned it on the front counter..didn't ask or even motion if I needed help..took it out to my car myself..nothing like great customer service from fitness 360..if you're old and want to try and change your body don't shop there
