We own a 2016 FR3 motorhome. As with many owners, we have the defective leatherette. We used seat covers for a long time but my wife and I quickly got sick and tired of sweeping up the debris on the floor. Having little brown pieces stuck to you got really annoying. After doing some research, we settled on using this company. From the start, the manager--Yelli Salima--was amazing. She was patient, helpful, and very communicative. In a nutshell, they were amazing. Forgive me, but I have forgotten the name of the gentleman who was the installer--he was an expert and it looked like the RV came straight from the factory that way--he is vey skilled. The process began in December. They drove to my house in Tallahassee, and disassembled the furniture and took it back to their shop in central Florida. The furniture was removed on December 22, and it was reinstalled on January 7th--with the holidays, I found this to be incredibly fast! We can't say enough great things about them. I would highly recommend them. I've included some before and after pictures.
