My dogs have always loved vacationing here. We call it the Canine Condo Penthouse Wonderful assistants who go above and beyond perfection. Our bulldog Daisy is excited every time she goes there. I highly recommend 4 Pawz.

Highly dissatisfied with the service. Brought my dog maybe three times in total for daycare. 3rd time I picked him after hours. I got him but his blanket and toy wasn't with him. Received a bill via email the next day. Called to discuss the fees. Daycare is 10 dollars. I was charged another 10 for boarding and then another 15 dollars for excessive clean up. I wasn't notified while my dog was at the facility of anything happening with him. So this didn't quite make sense. I hadn't met the owner at the time. Just the other girls that work there. So I call and start asking questions. The woman on the phone proceeded to say my dog had pooped and rolled around in it within the first hour he was there. I received no phone call when it happened and no notification with the bill. The lady on the phone proceeded to chuckle about the incident. I got off the phone and called back about 20 mins later. I asked if I could grab his belongings and pay her the 40 dollars so I could cut ties with the facility. I went in and she proceeded to raise her voice at me and have all together a terrible attitude. I kept repeating myself saying please don't raise your voice to me, it's unprofessional. I found out that the lady I was speaking to was Jennifer. The owner of the facility. There was another woman there I had not seen before. So obviously not a great impression. Especially a first for that matter. My dog is a part of my family. The fact she didn't feel the need to notify me about him is unacceptable in my eyes. I left him there with good reviews from others that they take care of your pet like it's their own. And it didn't end up that way. He wasn't even given a bath or anything. He still had poop on him. Just disgusting. My dog will no longer go to the facility. Unprofessional people equal inadequate care.
