I too contacted this company for an estimate, design and quote, this Spring. I read the review and despite the harsh come back from the owner, thought I would contact as the postcard add I received looked great. I never received an email of any sort. Not even not interested, I am too busy, just nothing. I am not a young person in a hurry. Just someone looking to have quality work done on my home. Word of advice, all are your customer, even those you choose not to work with. Jane
