I hate to rate this company 2 stars, but unfortunately ever since they revamped their website everything has gone downhill. Their site crashes multiple times, its clunky and makes it really hard for customers to order from it. I used to use this for my small business and loved it 6 months ago, now its frustrating every single time I try to order something. Its unfortunate because they used to be so good. Now I have to order from big name brands, I love supporting local businesses but not like this.

Our first experience with 4over4 has been great! We needed to order postcards in a short period of time for an upcoming event. The staff ensured our order was appropriate before printing. We were contacted, and during review of the order, they made a recommendation that resulted in a better finished product than what we originally planned. They also accommodated our delivery to ensure we received the order in a rush. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the postcards. Thank you for excellent service!

This company is beyond dishonest and actually posts fake reviews on Google. The review directly below this is a woman who works for the company. Paid 269.76 for 25 labels and was later told my credit card was charged 456.98. 2 weeks of back and forth with this team and after numerous emails with screenshots, I'm told that 'there is no issue' and the price at check out is a placeholder. Literally had to send a video of checkout and let them know that I've escalated the issue to the BBB, FTC and New York Attorney General to get them to look into the issue on their site. This is the same company that promoted COVID-19 promotions...in the middle of the apex in New York City no less. Also, please note, that after also trying to contact the owner, I finally get a response within the day–only after I've posted a review on Google. It's clear there are recent changes that have greatly impacted the quality of service. You can find higher value and much better customer service at other printers. There's too much competition in this sector for this type of service.
