This office allows felons to just walk! Very lazy and does not uphold the need for justice. Several attempts made to contact attorneys and never a call back or anything...just voicemail after voicemail no matter who you attempt to reach in this joke of a office. No wonder the crime rate is increasing in Colorado Springs. Attorneys are dismissing cases that should be a conviction and letting known perp walk. What a joke!

You would think that they wouldn't let people take advantage of minors. But the court does! Now I am in dept and will not get the money I sued for because they \do not have to make someone pay\. Thank you for putting me through all of that stress and debt.

A true mockery to justice , the fourth district is a disgrace to this country and the freedom we have . You are not a citizen of this country in their eyes , you are a means to profit . They will leave you destitute and broken and still come for their blood price.

Not helpful in directing calls or giving information. The first lady directed my call by accident when she ment to put me on hold so she could look up some information (Im sure it happens occassionally). Once I called back a different lady answered (like usual offices), however, this time the lady was rude and unhelpful. Essentially becoming hostile with me because I didn't know how her office operated. I had my case #, name, and explained i was unsure of what division I needed. The phone call ended with us determining that I should call back in a few days because they didn't have my case yet. I suggest you learn the entire layout and workings of this office because the people answering the phones barely know themselves.

Well, where do I start? This office is incompetent. When they fail to subpoena a key witness to a trial and the victims is left with no Justice, that is incompetent. So they basically dropped charges on the man who damaged my vehicle and my kids mentality. All because their office does not know what they are doing. I spoke to Michael Allen who is the deputy District attorney and who told me that it was their offices error and he apologized, yet he refuses to take any accountability at all. This is not the way people should be treated. Maybe it was because my kid is transgender? I will be making a formal legal complaint to this man's boss.
