Great customer service. Ordered western red ceder for a pergola. Eric got on the phone with their distributor and made sure they had what I needed.
This is the last time I will go there. I went in and asked for 2 x4x8 and the guy gave me a price for 2x4x10 he could not find a 2x4x8 in the computer. Only prob the most common pics of lumber ordered. He had to get another guy to come help him and they finally found it. Sitting on the counter was a yeti type cup for sale. I asked what the price was he responded I don’t know maybe 13 or maybe more. Then they started to help load the wood and gave us pieces that were scrap quality. I had to change out 6 of the 12 pieces that they loaded.
Jon has been incredible and his customer service has been excellent. This will be my go to for future jobs.
Nicest people but they didn't have what I went in for. Hardwood 1x2's. I did score some seductively placed 6 inch clamps though...
