Outside sales rep said he would get his quote together. He called and said he had a number but didn't have a way to load onto the 2nd floor of my project. I said no problem I would take care of it. He didn't respond so I called 84. They said they would give him the message. Never heard a word. This would have been a 30K job. What's up with you guys?

Listen! I've had the best experience with 84 Lumber. Particularly Russow Beck! When Lowes didn't deliver the windows for our addition on the date they promised, I was very upset. The construction process was on hold pending the delivery of those windows and I was told the delay was almost 6 weeks out. I was referred to Russ and when I tell you he delivered? Believe me, he did. The most patient and go out of the way person I've come across in a long time. He genuinely wanted to help and ensure I got what I needed in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable of all. The windows were delivered in the time-frame given and I can't be any happier. Thank you SO much Russ! I hope to be able to work with you again.
The Chesterfield store apparently does NOT want walk in customers. I called 2 times verifying they had deck boards and on arrival at order desk was told they had deck boards. when I tried to purchase the commercial sales guy told the counter rep there were none. It was an obvious lie based on the face of the counter rep. The commercial rep was rude to say the least. Im told he gets payola to hold deck boards for his builder buddies (according to 84 drivers). Buy any where but here.
This was a local lumber company, 84 lumber bought them. Very glad to see 84 lumber kept many of the same workers. More buying power through 84 lumber.
