I love this place. I have been buying lumber and other building materials here for over 30 years now. And they still have the best buy on all my Building Materials. I have built 8 homes over the years using there building materials. Thanks 84 Lumber for the great service and the best prices on all my needs

Most of the staff was really helpful and friendly not a bad experience they could have had all the stuff we were picking up in order and together
This location provided the windows for my builder to build our home. When we had a broken window we called to see what they would charge to come out and repair it. Since they were the installers it would be cheaper for them to repair it. 15 phone calls later and 15 different messages we have yet to hear anything about them. No concept of customer service.
I would give them ZERO if there was the choice. This is the worst company I have ever met. Every time I called to check the status, the guy who picked up the phone told me it was someone else who took my order and promised they would call me back asap. I have never received their response. I called them four times and was told to call me back 4 times but they NEVER DID!! It seems they don't care about customers and their business at all!
I ordered all the doors and trim for my house over 6 weeks ago, I started calling at 3 weeks to check on the status of my order, at first they could not find the order then they told me it would be 2 more weeks. After 2 weeks I called back again and was given the same excuse. Finally I said enough where is my order. I was informed that had to call the shipping company. I received a call back on 11/ 1 stating my order would be here Thursday 11/ 4 and delivered 11/ 5. I called 6 times on 11/ 5 to find out when I would receive my merchandise. I was told it was loaded on the truck and would be delivered. I have until yet to receive my merchandise. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are unprofessional and are not trust worthy, NEVER AGAIN.
