I've eaten here with my family numerous times, and the food and service is always good. But for some reason 900 Degrees struggles with takeout. Most recently I placed an order online. My order was suppose to be ready at 7:30, but when I asked about it I was informed my order would be another 15 minutes. At this point it was 7:40. My actual order didn't come out for another 20 plus minutes, making it 30 minutes late. It was pretty clear that the kitchen never got my initial order and although I was pretty annoyed, I didn't say anything because I understand that Covid has been hard on the industry. I also recognize that there's an increased demand in takeout. The restaurant did provide me with a gift certificate, which I felt was thoughtful since I didn't actually complain or ask for one. And had that been the end of this I would have left 4 stars. Instead I got home only to learn that my order was shorted, so I had to turn back around, return to the restaurant, request my missing items, and wait again. At this time I did complain, and was met with a simple shoulder shrug and weak apology. I understand that mistakes happen, but to have two happen to one order is a little absurd. And if this was an isolated incident I might be more understanding, but several times over the last few months our take out orders have been late. And each time we try to give them another chance because we want to support one of our more favorite restaurants in these times, but they always seem to fall short. So if you want good pizza, come dine in. But if you want take out you're better off going elsewhere.

We got one half mac & cheese and the other half their house special 900 deg style. The pizza was amazing and I already want to comeback for more!! The inside is really big and looks like a cabin. We did have to wait a while but the pizza was worth it. I’ll be moving to Manchester soon and I’ll def. be back here often!
We had a great time. The cheese plater appetizer was a solid start. The waitress was friendly and prompt. We got three pizzas and they were all good. We normally over order to make sure we have a variety of leftovers. We will be back.
Mac & Cheese pizza! Not only were the kids thrilled, it was delicious. This is not your average pizza shop. Very thin crust, excellent array of topping ideas, great drink selection and service. Once again, restaurant owners who know that local ingredients set them apart from most of the competition have a superior product. There is a reason it has continued to win award after award. And, if you are into architecture this former mill building is sure to keep you entertained.
We just picked up a pizza so I can't say much about the restaurant itself but the patio did look inviting. The pie was outstanding. The sauce was fresh and bright, good ratio of cheese and the crust is as good as it gets.
