I had a cracked screen on my iPhone. It was replaced in 10 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I came back after a week because the phone was starting to have some problems. He replaced the screen again free of charge. I have had no problems since then and that was over 8 months ago. The company stands behind their work. I highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable.

Great experience. After my iPhone had a problem with the charging port, I searched for a place to bring it in. Glad I picked 911 Tech Repair since they are a great little shop not too far from the main downtown area of Arlington Heights. The guys were nice, super helpful and the price was extremely reasonable. The best part? It only took an hour for the repair to be done so I could be back in action in a jiffy (I use my phone heavily for work-related tasks). If I need more repairs on phones, I'm taking them here.

I had an excellent experience at 911 Tech Repair. Not only were the specialists extremely knowledgeable, but they were also very friendly and welcoming. They repaired my microphone as quickly as they said they would, and it works perfectly. The price was very fair. Parking was easy as well!! I will definitely bring all my tech repair needs to 911. I brought a RT tablet that had previously been repaired elsewhere, but wasn't "glued" back properly. He was able to fix this in 2 days. I also brought an HP laptop that had the screen cracked, this had been like this for 2 years. It was a longer turn around time (2 weeks) for this since he has to purchase the screen replacement and this may drop ship from China, which he explained to me. I was okay with that. He...UGH I don't remember his name :( ..... he did a wonderful job with my laptop, looks as good as new. Took really good care of my computer and the screen looks great! Your phones & laptops will be in great hands! THANK YOU!!

WOW, I'm definitely disappointed with the attitude ONE of the employees have. They don't even repair phones they actually mess it up. So once they get a bad review on Goggle knowing the messed up your screen they call you trying to resolve the issue. They personally ask how you want to repair your phone... And all you want is a free repair. After all they kind of just messed your phone... But no they WILL NOT repair your phone for free when they mess it up they want to repair it for money so they can wipe their asses with that money! Not only that but ONE of the employees is a complete racist. You just can't trust people like that. I definitely don't recommend any one to go here. You ask why these reviews are good. But the only reason I put my good review when they repaired my phone the first time was because they didn't tell me the legit price they said if I put a review I'd get the cheap price I got the cheap price BUT my phone resulted messed up all I wanted was a screen changed.. Plus the only reason why they have a cheap package is because "For the people who only have a few days on their phone contract they want to get a screen change." well what if you changed their screen and they get messed up like mine did. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU GIVE A CHEAP PACKAGE FOR A CRAP RESULT. Actually repair phones, not mess them up.

Kinda late on this review but since I'm still having problems two months later decided to leave one. I came to repair my screen, it was replaced at a very affordable price which I appreciated, however, I had to come back a few days later because the screen was defected and would freeze a lot. I left my phone there for a few hours and the screen was replaced again, but the phone would still freeze and it had "phantom touch" where a bunch of apps would open on their own etc. I have a really busy schedule and I don't have time to continue to leave my phone for hours at a time for the same result. The guy was very nice, and offered to look at it a third time but I just don't find it worth it. I would just use caution, the price is cheaper than most repair shops but that's probably because they are buying cheap parts.

Service was amazing. They showed great patience with my device and were the only store that could salvage our data. My wife had 6 months of baby photos and videos that were stored on the internal memory of her phone that we thought were lost forever. Thank you so much for saving the holidays.

What a phenomenal business. Staff has wonderful expertise and an impressive background! Don't let apple tell you your device needs to be replaced till you stop by 911 repair. They will certainly give you an honest evaluation of your device. If they can't fix it then no one can. Support this local business and you won't be disappointed!
