Finally got around to a proper review, which was long overdue. After a long 4 year hiatus of regularly working out, 9Round has been awesome. Perfect workout for someone who is busy. Workouts are scripted but flexible (you show up whenever they are open), burn a ton of calories in a short time and the workout is new every single day. The mix hits different body parts especially the more you go. A trainer(s) show you what to do and they are truly awesome. I have never seen a group (and owner) so dedicated to your success, while also a fun crew. This is not a sprawling gym! They really help you to look forward to going to workout. I cannot imagine being as consistent without 9Round and am starting to see great results.

Really great place for a motivating workout. If you are looking to get onsite training and make your workout a quick 30-40 min visit, this is the place to go. The owners Bill and Tim are real professionals and excellent trainers. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good workout routine.

All of the trainers are amazing and helpful. You can’t go in there and not be challenged, but you’re never going to walk out feeling defeated - it's such a confidence and strength builder. I love it here because it fits our busy schedule: no class times and only 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

The trainers, with their upbeat attitude and patience. I was unfamiliar with much of the exercises and workouts, yet they never tire of showing me the moves and making corrections. Every day the 9 stations are different and every day I learn and improve. With the timer, if one station is particularly hard for me, I know in a few minutes I'll get to change it up at the next station. I also can tell that during the 30-minute workout I'm working on different muscle groups, so it's a good balance. During each session, the trainer works one-on-one with you to learn specific moves and sequences, which actually helps my coordination. It's empowering to punch and kick. It's fun. In four weeks, I already know I'm getting stronger and leaner. I'm motivated to keep coming back. I'm thrilled that I can do a full-body workout in 30 minutes, getting the heart pumping, building up my endurance, and getting fit. Instead of being bored at the gym, I'm fully engaged, digging the music, and challenged. High fives!
