We picked up the food yesterday and it was just amazing. We are well versed with the Indian taste being our routine diet, and we were just amazed with the food quality and taste. Thumbs up to this place and excellent food.

Had the Lamb Madras, it was awesome! Best Indian food I have had in years! My wife is Vegan and I will be bringing her by soon because this is one of the few restaurants in Southern Pines that has more than a salad for her to order.

After reading the reviews on this place we were excited to give it a try. What a disappointing experience!! Yes... the wait was very long... service was pleasant but automated.... and the food quite honestly was NOT worth the wait. Indian food, if it's good, is a taste sensation to the mouth... all kinds of flavors and spices... it's very dimensional... extremely tasty... something to savor. Both of our dishes were bland, flavorless, and the predominant flavor was salt. No flavors could overcome the salt. The naan bread tasted like it just came off the supermarket shelf... not hot, or crispy... it was nothing special. A very disappointing experience - and we both LOVE Indian food and eat it quite often. We won't be going back.
