We had our storage unit for approximately 7 years and and always found the attendants helpful and courteous. Access to our unit was very easy and the floor dollies and elevator made for easy movement of our larger items. I would highly recommend A-1 to anyone.
Best pricing I could find. Always working freight elevators. Private access codes to get in. Super secure and safe. I’d come again if I had any future storage needs.
Restricted my access for not having favoritism in them. Very unprofessional extremely hot what's improper ventilation extreme heat conditions that are inhumane and do not follow the temperatures in post alack very poor customer service and tenant service you can only access the units Before Dawn or after dusk because of the extreme heat and improper ventilation that will result into a heat stroke it's unbearably hot did you not have climate control not to mention the whole places set up with a razor wire which is built and looks like a prison and the manager is always rude and very mean I would not recommend this place not worth the money and if she does not like you she will kick you out
I had a good experience with A-1 storage. The facility was clean and my units were easy to access. It's a small facility and I never had any issues with parking. I would recommend this place to store your items.
