This company runs an ongoing stand out ad in Stillwater Oklahoma newspaper (Stillwater news press) to buy vehicles running or not!! I called at 9:30 am on Monday October 2, 2017 I spoke with the owner and described the vehicle. He proceeds to explain price of scrap is down, I understood and accepted that. He asked where I was located and I told him and he offered me a low ball price for the vehicle of 80.00. I accepted that offer as I just needed vehicle gone for whatever I could get. He kindly said he would call me back that afternoon and come and get it. On October 13, 2017 when I still had heard nothing and my deadline to move vehicle was nearing closer and closer, I called back and was told yes he remembered talking to me and had me on his list to pick up but due to him discovering on October 2nd that metal prices were low, he had decided to not pick up anymore vehicles for a while and if I still had it in a couple weeks he would buy it. Mind you during this time and even on October 13, 2017 his ad is still being printed daily in newspaper!!!!! I would not do business with this company for ANY reason as they lie, false advertise, and are just generally discourteous!!! When I said a phone call to let me know he was not coming would have been appropriate and appreciated, he said "oh, your unhappy " and hangs up on me. This is the rudest most unprofessional company I have ever had the opportunity to deal with!! STAY AWAY!! BEWARE I can only imagine how they change prices for repairs or towing after quoting a certain price or who knows you might call for a tow and still be waiting 11 days later on the side of the road!! #worststillwaterbusiness
