Great little storage yard. Secure, clean, and conveniently located.

Hard to find, but once you know where it is it's easy to get to. Access to the yard is by using a personal entry code. When you leave, the gate opens automatically. We've been using this Storage facility for years and we've never had a problem with vandalism. Very reasonably priced.

Well-maintained and Secure Storage lot

I have stored my boat at AAA Rv Storage for 3 years. The facility is properly maintained and the management team is excellent. They provide 24 hour surveillance cameras along with 24 hour access. If you want to store your vessel or vehicle at a great price along with a safely secured storage unit then this is the place.

I can't recommend this yard and you should look elsewhere. The main problem is theft, and the unwillingness of ownership and management to address theft. I was a tenant of two spaces for about four months, and in the space of one week, suffered two thefts from my vehicles. Though the yard advertises itself as having video surveillance, be aware that the camera view is very limited and covers only the entrances. There is no video coverage inside the yard itself. In my case, the thieves did the obvious thing and simply cut through the fence and took what they wanted from my (and others') spot. Yard management is pretty blase about theft; they don't see it as their problem and they continue to market the yard as secure. They refused to improve video coverage (which these days is very cheap to do) or hire a guard/caretaker. They made no attempt to contact tenants to warn them about ongoing theft problems, and they deny that the yard owner carries any insurance (which may or may not be true). There are good alternatives to A-AA RV Storage, and I'd check them out first.
