Marc is amazing and really saved the day! Answered the phone on Christmas day and helped supply a hard to find part the next morning just in time to get the heat on for an apartment building with over 20 families before the temps dropped. Knowledgeable and friendly they have earned my business for life.
Did job at my house last week. Workers were friendly and did a good job fixing my issue. From time truck pulled into and left my house was under 45 minutes. I was billed 2 hours labor x2 men @ 260 per hour. When I called to inquire, they advised me they'll include any travel time from previous job What a racket!!! I remembered them saying they were coming from Armonk to my house in Pleasantville which is under 15 minutes Lady stated to me "maybe there was detours" like I should be resistivity for that???? They reluctantly after much bantering took the extra hour off my bill. Be cautious. And my ring /nest video doorbell just payed for itself for capturing this!!!
