The patient care was decent. But these people abruptly denied that insurance did not pay the whole amount and refused to give back my 480 initial deposit. The insurance did pay the whole amount they were charged and said I don't owe the provider anything. I had to provide them the letter from insurance and even then they held back 75 saying that insurance did not pay for an x-ray. If I had kept quite they would have happily kept my deposit which did not belong to them. So make sure you check with your insurance and follow up with these people to get your deposit back.

This place is a scam. Do not do business with them. They will scheme you out of your money. They hide behind the pretence of professionalism but devise a plot to attach themselves to their patients for continuous monetary gain. You read this. You now can't say you didn't know. Be warned. There are plenty of other places out there with great dental services. Even if you have to go to a private office.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible experience in the office. I went in with my mom who speaks a foreign language and needs me to translate some of the medical terms in our language. The only reason I came to that office was because my friend started working there as an assistant and suggested to come in so she could translate the medical terms for her. When we finished with the office visit and exited the room and were paying for the initial visit while waiting for Kim to finish the treatment plan. The “treatment coordinator” - Kim was extremely unprofessional. As we were paying our bill she was talking down to one of the girls who was finishing up medications for my mom being snippy and rude to her. Kim brought out the treatment plan and as my friend that works there started to explain to my mom exactly what needed to be done and what she would be paying for Kim ripped the papers out of my friends hands and started shouting at her to stop speaking a language she didn’t understand. Kim then took my friend to the side and was yelling at her. She came back to us after yelling at my friend and started shouting at my mom to stop speaking to my friend in a different language because “she clearly understands English” which was what the employee was yelling to my mom. My mom needed the medical terminology explained so she knew exactly what she would have done since she tends to fear the dentist my friend was trying to be nice so she could calm her down and was shouted at. I do not recommend ever going here and we never came back.
