You wrote a review for A Grande Affair 7 minutes ago 1.0 star rating 9/10/2015 Awful customer service. The heaters were not working and I had to call a handyman to come and fix it in the middle of my party. When they were picking them up, notified them of the issue, at first they wanted me to have my handyman call them to verify that he fix them, and then they said, all he had to do was put a tape on the knob so it stays on!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They refused to even give any credit or pay for handyman charges. DO NOT recommend this place at all. Zero customer service.
