This is supposed to be stainless handrails. They weren't even unwrapped an already rusting an very pitted up. Very disappointed in the condition for the amount of money they cost.

Awful customer service. We needed some work done and Brian stated that he would come out and give us a quote and stood us up 3 separate times. When he was called about he stated “yea your job is not a priority and it’s too small for me to go out of my way”. I asked him why he didn’t say that before and also asked “why did you no call no show 3 times?” He informed me that “it was raining” . So he couldn’t give me an estimate on the rain? Then he said “you’re better off just calling someone else”. So after giving us the run around for 2 weeks he finally said he won’t even come out for an estimate. Thanks for wasting our time .

Called A&H for the first time 5 years ago, for a small custom job. Brian sent out guys to measure, ask questions & take photos of the area. When the finished product arrive, people were blown away by the craftsmanship & quality of the work. I have since used A&H more than a dozen times on a wide range of projects, from small railing work in my home to a custom table for our business. Hands down the best fabricating company in the area....
